These terms apply to your use of ledger-smb.com. Our bookkeeping and accounting services are provided under a separate engagement letter, which we'll agree with you before any work begins.

Using this website

The content on this site is general information about our services. It isn't financial, tax or legal advice, and you shouldn't rely on it for decisions about your business without speaking to us or another qualified adviser.

Prices

Prices shown are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. They're a guide; your final fixed fee is confirmed in writing after your free call, based on your transaction volume and requirements.

Engagement and cancellation

• Work starts once we've signed an engagement letter and completed identity checks.
• Monthly plans run with 30 days' notice and no minimum term.
• Annual plans are paid up front and may be switched between plans during the year.
• On cancellation, we'll hand over your records to you or your new accountant.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for giving us complete and accurate information on time, and for approving returns before we file them on your behalf.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate, but we can't guarantee it's always complete or up to date. Our liability for services is set out in your engagement letter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
